    Cranberry Healthcare Connections partners with leadership of university to establish a vision for the new academic healthcare development while evaluating the missional, enrollment, financial, and community impact on the university.

    Areas of consultation for strategic development include:

    1) Strategizing with administrative leaders to determine new academic processes and pathways.

    2) Estimating the financial, enrollment, and community impact of the proposed development.

    3) Engaging the state regulatory and accreditation bodies on behalf of university.

    4) Developing the proposal documents for approval by executive leadership and board of trustees.

    5) Establishing timeframes to unveiling of new initiatives based on approved developments..

  • Program Development

    With the strategic development outcomes approved by executive leadership, Cranberry Healthcare Connections will partner with the university to bring these initiatives to reality.

    Areas of consultation for program development include:

    1) Developing the organizational structure for the success of the initiatives.

    2) Seeking clinical partnerships to support desired initiatives.

    3) Completing pre-accreditation documents and self-studies for submission to state, regional, and specialty accreditation bodies.

    4) Speaking on behalf of university as the lead developer of the initiatives.

    5) Providing oversight of capital enhancements of facility that supports the developing initiatives.

    6) Providing ongoing collaboration and report updates to leadership on emerging initiatives.

    6) Partnering with leadership to acquire new faculty and staff to support delivery of new initiatives.

    7) Providing a presence during onsite accreditation visits.

    8) Partnering with school or college to establish and support enrollment process for emerging initiatives.

    9) Developing a marketing plan to gain enrollment for the emerging initiatives.

    10) Maintaining a presence for the leadership and faculty as the new programs emerge with enrollment of students.

    11) Celebrating the success of the University's new initiatives in the institution and community.
